The amount and length of sessions will be determined with you and your coach to get you the best results possible.

Teen/Adult Open Gym
First time visitors must recieve instruction on safety and the basics of the obstacles, this includes a period of instruction where one of our expert coaches will guide you through the various obstacles in the gym, and explain how everything works. (Instructional period last between 30-45 minutes) Then, it is open gym time. You are free to move and practice obstacles in the gym as well as use our vast array of strength and fitness equipment.
On your second visit and beyond, just check in at the desk and enjoy your training.
As always, an expert coach is there to provide assistance with technique and setting up obstacles.

Waivers are required to be filled out for all participants prior to your arrival. Provided at the bottom of the page is the blue tab for the waiver form. Save time by filling it out before you get here. Once a waiver is filled, we keep it on file, so if you were to return to our facility for additional training, you would not need to fill out the waiver again.
You do not have to pay online, you may pay at the door.
